Tzuan is a Taiwan-born, UK-educated technology and AI leader with over 15 years of experience building and operating large-scale digital platforms across the United States, China, and Japan.

He has held senior roles at Rakuten, Alibaba, Amazon, and Mercari. At Amazon, he designed IT solutions for some of Japan’s largest enterprise vendors. At Alibaba and Mercari, he led platform and AI-driven product initiatives supporting millions of users at scale.

Through his career, Tzuan has worked closely with top engineering talent in the industry—many of whom now form the core engineering team of his company—translating advanced technologies into reliable, scalable solutions with clear business impact.

Boaz is a senior technology leader with over 20 years of experience in software engineering, specializing in large-scale system architecture, security, and cryptography.

He previously served as a cryptographic officer in Israel’s intelligence unit, working on mission-critical security systems. He later joined Rakuten as a Distinguished Engineer, where he was responsible for the end-to-end security architecture of core platforms, including membership systems, promotional platforms, and payment systems supporting large-scale consumer and enterprise services.
